Raabia Hussain is an award-winning filmmaker and documentary producer from Manchester, England. As a Deaf creative, she aims to make films that highlight issues like mental health, disability, and inclusivity, as well as emphasizing the importance of activism and de-stigmatizing in general. We invited Raabia to be part of our “Manifesto” series, where activists and creatives with something to say share their own rules to live by. Her manifesto features ten lessons for finding beauty in the everyday and embracing being different.
