

Keerthana Kunnath is an Indian-born, London-based photographer who, for the last three years, has focused her practice on exploring same-sex relationships and gender-expansive people in the South Asian diaspora. We largely focused on “Aval” (her), a series in which she made a more inclusive and diverse version of the Bollywood filmverse by recreating and subverting its well-known visual tropes.
