Trevor Baird is an artist based in Canada. He started out in printmaking and painting, before moving onto comic strips, but after struggling to publish the latter he turned to ceramics, where he’s made his name as a pioneering artist. Trever subverts the historical traditions of clay pots by decorating his creations with random snippets from the comics he created. We featured Trevor’s pots alongside an interview, in which he told us about his stream of consciousness approach to creating. Trever has exhibited his work across North America, and been featured in the New York Times.
