Oscar-nominated British actress Samantha Morton is best known for starring in such films as “Minority Report,” “Synecdoche, New York,” “Elizabeth: The Golden Age,” and “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.” But her skills behind the camera are nothing to sniff at either: Samantha’s 2009 directorial debut, “The Unloved,” about an 11-year-old girl in the care system, won a BAFTA the following year.
