Sam Gregg is a portrait and documentary photographer from London, based between Italy and the UK. With a particular interest in marginalized and dispossessed communities, Gregg often turns his lens to the outliers, the misrepresented and misunderstood, to those on the fringes of society, as a means of telling their stories alongside them. We featured his series of portraits of followers of the Santa Muerte religious movement in Tepito, Mexico City.
