Sam Bompas is co-founder of Bompas & Parr, a creative studio specializing in multi-sensory experiences. Sam and partner Harry Parr originally rose to fame with their fantastical jelly creations, but since 2007, their food-and-beverage experiments have grown to include alcoholic gin clouds, a Roald Dahl-inspired dining experience, and a boat trip on a tutti frutti lake. Along with their own projects, Bompas & Parr have Coca-Cola, Mercedes, LVMH, the Barbican, and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
