Phil Lee is the creative director at XL Recordings, the London-based independent record label that has worked with Radiohead, Adele, Dizzee Rascal, Tyler the Creator, Kaytranada, M.I.A and King Krule. In his role, Phil oversees the visuals that accompany each new release, from album art to music videos.
