Israeli singer Netta Barzilai—who performs simply as Netta—is as renowned for her cheeky lyrics and bubbly persona as her exuberant fashion sense. She first rose to fame in 2018, when she was crowned the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest with a song about women’s empowerment.
