Neil Krug is an American artist, photographer and director based in Los Angeles. He is one of the most respected art directors in the music industry, and has created some of the most memorable images in modern music photography for Lana Del Rey, Tame Impala, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Boards of Canada and many more. We featured Neil as part of a collaboration with Samsung, in which he took to the Californian desert to take photos armed with a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. The feature dived into Neil’s creative process and explored how technology inspires his sense of wonder. He’s published two monographs, and been commissioned by Givenchy, The Weeknd, and A$AP Rocky.
