Born in 1991, Morn Chear is a visual and performing artist from Cambodia. Morn’s mediums include dance, music, illustration, painting, drawing and printmaking. Much of his work reflects on a life-changing accident he experienced, which saw him lose both of his arms, and we focused on the love, acceptance and perseverance through block printing. Our profile of Morn told the story of how he rose out of the depression and despair of his accident by turning to the therapeutic power of art. Morn is a graduate of Epic Arts program and a resident at Open Studio Cambodia.
