Based in Melbourne, Montana Kitching is an illustrator and artist. She creates colorful and vibrant illustrations that are concerned with the everyday thoughts, feelings and insecurities of women. We featured Montana’s illustrations alongside an essay by the Australian life coach and author Claire Baker about the relationship between menstruation and creativity. By publishing her illustrations on Instagram, Montana has built up a community around her art, and Instagram identified her page as one of the top ten communities of support for mental health.
