Matthew Clayton is the head of publishing at Unbound, a London-based crowdfunding platform for writers. Since launching in 2011, Unbound has published hundreds of best-selling and award-winning books. We spoke to Matthew as part of a special series, Talent 2.0, which explored the way the internet has redefined what’s good and changed the way we find new talent. In the interview, he spoke about how he cherry-picks the right authors for Unbound and how he knows when a project has potential.
