Born in 1985, Maria Sturm is a Romanian photographer based in Berlin. She studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld, Germany and is part of the German art collective Apparat. Maria came to our attention through her project “For Birds’ Sake,” a collaboration with the photographer Cemre Yesil.
