Originally from Australia, Karan Singh’s work as an artist and illustrator has seen him based in Tokyo, New York, Malmö, Amsterdam, Sydney and Melbourne. His use of color and pattern make masterpieces of the mundane and everyday objects, making him in demand for clients including NASA, Apple, Instagram, The Oscars and the band OK Go. Karan spoke to us about living in Tokyo and how his surroundings influence his work, approach and aesthetic.
