Brighton based Juno Dawson is a bestselling novelist, screenwriter and journalist. She has written for Glamour, The Pool, Dazed and The Guardian among others. Before writing her best-selling books, “Clean,” “This Book Is Gay” and “Meat Market,” Juno wrote imaginary episodes of “Doctor Who” while growing up in West Yorkshire. For us, Juno wrote about Doubt and what we can gain by embracing it. Speaking of gender as her “ultimate relearn,” Juno describes choosing life as a trans woman in 2013 following a lifetime of doubt. The result, she says, has been apparent every day since – each of them, while never perfect, has been better – “I’ll take better every day of the week.”
