LA based artist and illustrator Juliette Toma paints portraits of celebrities and characters inspired by vintage magazines and photographs. She believes perfection is overrated and drew us in with her bold use of color and a focus on fun. As the visual details of her characters come to life, so do their personalities: Juliette is happiest when creating a backstory to her brush strokes. She’s created work for the New York Times, Youtube, Nike, Harrods and Playboy, among others.
