Hastings-based artist Jim Stoten works across illustration, collage, film, and music. His calling card is his bold, whimsical aesthetic, which centers bold colors and psychedelic imagery. Along with putting out picture books, posters, and other personal projects, Stoten has completed commercial work for Moog, MTV, Levi's, Eurostar, and Urban Outfitters. In 2022, he wrote a piece for WePresent about navigating video-hungry social media algorithms as an illustrator.
