Jarvis Cocker is a musician and broadcaster from the north of England. In 1979, whilst still at school, he formed the band Pulp. For eight years he hosted the award-winning radio programme “Jarvis Cocker’s Sunday Service” on BBC Radio 6Music (2009-2017) and in 2017 his band JARV IS released their debut album, “Beyond The Pale” to critical acclaim. Jarvis wrote an essay about music and caves for WePresent’s Literally series: our slowly growing library of written pieces by some of the best writers in the world.
