IDLES are a loud, outspoken post-punk band from Newport, Wales and Bristol, England fronted by Joe Talbot. For several years, the band was relatively unknown while they developed their sound, but that all changed with the publication of their 2017 debut album, “Brutalism,” which launched them into the spotlight. In 2020 IDLES collaborated with director Michel Gondry on a music video for a track called “Model Village.”
