French illustrator and art director George(s)—who brackets his name to cleverly incorporate both French and English spellings—refuses to wed himself to one particular aesthetic. He may work primarily in monochrome (he is, incidentally, mildly color blind) but work has ranged from simple line art figures to precisely detailed drawings and shadowy digital illustrations. George(s) has created work for GQ, Nike, Le Monde, and the Opéra national de Paris. We first discovered his talent when he submitted to Your Work Here, a massive open call where we invited WeTransfer users to submit their artwork on the theme of "black and white.”
