Born and raised in Oaxaca, Enrique Leyva is one of the most in-demand photographers in Mexican fashion, named to Business of Fashion’s BoF500 in 2024. Inspired by the care, beauty and rich heritage he grew up surrounded by, he creates beautiful visual worlds celebrating the enduring traditions of his home and the people who carry them forward. With Pompi García, he co-founded Talento Espina, a modeling agency dedicated to highlighting Indigenous, Afro-Mexican and moreno talent, with the aim “to push Indigenous individuals and communities to the forefront.”
