Deborah Brune is a photographer based between London and Berlin. Beginning in the world of fashion in the era of “the peak of diversity campaigns,” she soon noticed that disability was last on the list, and more recently her practice has centered around questions of visibility, identity and photographic representation. We featured her book “Uncool,” a collection of uncompromising portraits challenging conventional ideas of beauty.
