Amsterdam-based fashion designer Daniëlle Cathari creates elevated sportswear that is at once feminine and comfortable, nostalgic and forward-thinking. She founded her eponymous brand in 2018, after cutting her teeth in the Adidas design studios. (The brand was smitten by her graduate collection at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, for which she reconstructed three of its tracksuits.) As part of a WePresent collaboration with Samsung, Daniëlle opened up to us about her unconventional approach to fashion, and the role that photography plays in the execution of her vision.
