Arsalan Motavali is a multidisciplinary filmmaker based in London. Born in Iran, his family moved to the UK when he was two-years-old, and growing up, he didn’t think filmmaking was a viable career. After studying law, he pursued an MA at London Film School in Film Business. We premiered his debut film as a writer and director, “Cameraman,” which captures the challenges and sacrifices, the hopes and dreams of the everyday immigrant experience.
