Born in Peru and raised in Switzerland, Ana Margarita Flores is a photographer based in London. It wasn’t until she moved to London and began studying fashion photography that she discovered the depths of her Andean ethnicity through conversations with friends and tutors, and during her degree, she traveled back and forth to Peru, spending time with family and reconnecting with the country. Much of her work is now dedicated to paying tribute to Peru’s women, and to reconnecting with and better understanding her Indigenous identity.
