Alex Khabbazi, also known as Kbar, is an artist based in Brighton. He began his career as an architect, but the COVID-19 lockdown pushed him to seek out more creative freedom. Since then, he’s been steadily growing a huge audience for his deceptively simple designs. Distancing himself from noise, screens and distraction, he moves between mediums and techniques to create works that blur the line between irony and sincerity, reflecting on morality, desire and uncertainty.
