A Manifesto by
Yuri Suzuki

In this very special edition of our Manifesto series, sound artist, designer, electronic musician and Pentagram partner Yuri Suzuki has written 10 rules of creativity which has been designed and brought to life by Team Suzuki: a small and dynamic group of designers whose focus is “on the creation of sound, design and experience.”

For the full experience, hit the sound button below and tap or hover over the manifesto.

Sound on/off

Yuri Suzuki is a sound artist, designer and electronic musician. His practice explores the realms of sound through designed pieces that examine the relationship between people and their environments - questioning how both music and sound evolve to create personal experiences. In 2018 Suzuki was appointed a partner at Pentagram. Working in the London studio, Team Suzuki is a small and dynamic group of designers who focus on the creation of sound, design and experience in a democratic and inclusive way. The creation of this manifesto was therefore created between all members, serving as a method for us to live and work by. Each member used their specific skill set in the creation of the manifesto.
