St. JOHN is a collection of restaurants, bakeries and a winery, born in London in 1994 and created by food lovers Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver. In 2024 it celebrated its 30th anniversary, and to mark it, Fergus and Trevor penned a Manifesto for WePresent, writing 10 rules for opening a restaurant.
