Raven B. Varona is a photographer and visual storyteller from the Bronx and currently based in Los Angeles. Her work captures intimacy and cultural identity, and has contributed to a Grammy Award-winning album cover as well as projects that received Oscar and Emmy nominations. She’s collaborated with cultural icons such as Beyonce, Adele, Nas, and Cardi B, and her atmospheric photographs embody both the intimate and the epic, capturing unguarded moments of some of the world's most celebrated musicians. We featured her project “Mom,Me,” made up of intimate portraits that celebrate the unique bond between mothers and daughters.
