Lagos Studio Archives is a cultural preservation project by partners Karl Ohiri and Riikka Kassinen. Founded by Ohiri after he discovered, on a trip to Lagos, that many of the city’s photo studios were destroying or discarding their analog archives, the project is dedicated to salvaging and preserving Nigeria’s photographic history.
