British RnB artist Jorga Smith doesn’t fit easily into a single genre, instead moving with ease through pop, funk, garage and soul. Jorja was awarded the prestigious Brits Critics Choice Award in 2018, and counts Drake, Stormzy and Skrillex among her fans. As part of our collaboration with COLORS, where we presented a special session with exciting up-and-coming artists recorded at the COLORS studio in Berlin, Jorja was an obvious choice. Her talent and patient approach to music-making made her the perfect collaborator for the project, for which she chose to perform her first single “Blue Lights”: “it’s such a special song to me and I want more people to hear it.”
